提起氣候變化，很容易有悲觀無力的感覺，但其實我們也有方法緩解眼前危機！
菇菌圓深信，泥土復育是重要一環，透過適當種植植物、養育泥土真菌及其他微生物，我們可以恢復泥土健康，令泥土重新成為碳匯，吸走大氣層過多的二氧化碳，亦支撐更多植物生長。
近年我們開始將再生農耕應用於造林和農田之中，希望在本地及東南亞地區復育泥土，提升土壤健康。
我們很開心在泥土工作的路上，遇到愈來愈多同路人認同。非常感謝Patagonia Hong Kong對再生農耕身體力行的推動，及對菇菌圓的支持，也感謝Michael O’Brien用棄材製作靚靚捐款箱❤️
It’s easy to be pessimistic about climate change but the solution is actually in our hands!
TMI believes that soil is key. We can nurture soil fungi and other microbes through planting in the right way. This can restore the health of soil, letting the soil sequester excessive carbon from atmosphere and support even more plants. TMI has been applying regenerative agriculture principles in plantations and croplands to restore soil in Hong Kong as well as countries in Southeast Asia.
It’s exciting to find more and more people dedicating to soil restoration work and soil science public education, and we would like to thank Patagonia Hong Kong for their promotion on regenerative agriculture and TMI and Michael O’Brien for the hand-crafted wooden donation boxes from up-cycling ❤️
