Experiments and Production

Various experiments had been carried out to enhance eco-friendly mushroom cultivation technique by using different local available community wastes. And also provides trainings and techniques support on environmental friendly mushroom cultivation in Hong Kong. Also, we produce the low food print mushrooms by regenerating food waste compost into eco-mushroom cultivation, and then using SMS for vegetable and meat production achieves maximization in resource recycling and it could be a breakthrough and revolution in all aspects

Education and promotion

Organize workshops to raise public awareness of role of fungi in environmental conservation and waste problem in Hong Kong, and to promote the growing and consuming organic low-footprint local mushrooms in Hong Kong
